Not been part of corporate investors or food groups of companies, we are able to maintain quality and freshness with direct and independent weekly consignment we receive from Italy. We select our food supplies through farmhouses and small quality producers, our suppliers production processes and prime ingredients selection, separates us from export selected food and commercially produced ingredients. Our Italian nationality guarantees the ability to deliver to hospitality businesses supplies of food, at Italian market standards, often exclusively produced to ourselves.
